Types of contributions
Papers
- Criteria for Full Research Papers:
- Fit with track
- Interesting/important problem
- Clear motivation (why the problem is interesting/important theoretically and/or practically)
- Theoretically/conceptually grounded in prior literature
- Methodologically adequate (if relevant)
- Interesting findings
- Well structured and clearly written paper
- Maximum length of paper: 12 pages in Springer IFIP AICT format.
- Criteria for Research in Progress/Practitioner Reports of Experience and Reflection:
- Fit with track
- Important problem now and in the future
- Clear motivation (why the problem is interesting/important theoretically and/or practically)
- Theoretically/conceptually grounded in prior literature
- Methodologically adequate (if relevant)
- Interesting (preliminary) findings
- Well structured and clearly written paper
- Maximum length of paper: 8 pages in Springer IFIP AICT format.
Posters
- You shall submit a 6 page note first (in Springer IFIP AICT format). If the note is accepted, you will then be asked to prepare the poster. Your note will clearly indicate the following
- The problem being addressed and why it is worth undertaking/interesting
- Your approach/methodology
- Key contribution/significance of the work.

Papers and posters will be double blind reviewed for rigor, relevance, originality and clarity of presentation. Accepted papers are published by Springer IFIP AICT.
